I wish I had taken before and after pictures. It was far better than I could ask for. The manager was helping train someone (which I can appreciate him doing that) and even jumped in to help! The guys didn't grumble but worked fast and hard and it shows! (Don't worry I left a great tip because of what they did and honestly they deserved every penny!)

Horrible customer service. They want to charge you extra and not perform the work. I purchase the mini detail package and was very disappointed with the service. I paid $45 for a $20 car wash. Stay away from them. Very costumer unfriendly.

I was hesitant to even come because I felt so bad about the condition of my car. But it needed to be done. My brother recommended them saying this place did amazing work. When I looked up the price and I saw that it was only $39.95 for a detail inside and wash outside I was hesitant, would it be good?
I frequent VIP because they ALWAYS go above and beyond. Phil took the time to apply a special product to remove leftovers from adhesion on my infiniti that made a WORLD of difference when viewing the rear of my vehicle. Moreover, when there has been remnants of food particles (i.e. chocolate) lodged into the leather interior, and seemingly impossible to be removed by a mortal hand, Phil had it under control. Attention to detail is one of the VIP team's most notable qualities. Thanks again, VIP. I'll see you guys soon!
